My name is Michael Terrian and I have been a personal trainer in Findlay for 16 years.  I have had the greatest priviledge to work with some of the finest people I have ever met.  This is both humbling and exciting.

I have worked with children as young as 7 to athletes in college.  I have worked with clients who needed to focus on aggressive weight loss goals to Findlay's greatest golfers.  I have developed a niche in this community for working one on one with clients in a quiet and private atmosphere.  Along with that, I have also developed programs for small groups, as well as enitre sports teams from 8 year old travel soccer teams to High School varsity basketball, softball, volleyball, baseball, and football.

I have been told that one of my greatest attributes as a trainer is the ability to create a posititve environment.  Building confidence, I feel, as a trainer is manditory to getting the results you want from your clients.  The names are endless on how many parents have come to me and said that I helped develop confidence in their child.  It is very rewarding to know that I had a little part in someone's life.

I was asked once, "What does it take to be a good if not a great trainer?"  It didn't take much thought.  I answered, "It takes a listening ear and a heart of compassion.  It's not how ripped you are or how big your biceps are, but rather it's the approach you take when someone is pouring their heart out to you.  There has to be a love for people and a passion to help them achieve their fitness goals.  And when you have done all that; then and only then are you a great trainer."
