I had just gone through two low back disk surgeries and I was looking for a way to rebuild my strength and hopefully be able to return to the game of golf. Mike built a very specific work-out program designed to carefully strengthen my core to support my low-back. Now a full three years have passed and I am well beyond a rehabilitation program. I have continued to work out with Mike as a standard part of my on-going fitness program. Three times per week Mike leads me through a vigorous routine for overall body strengthening, core stability and stretching. Mike’s programs not only have allowed me to return to a game I truly enjoy but he has improved my overall conditioning. He has been a trainer, a coach and a cheerleader.
