     I have had the awesome oppurtunity to work with many of Findlay's top athletes.  From volleyball to hockey and basketball to soccer, both male and female athletes have focused on increasing there physical perfomance at ATP. 

    One of the greatest changes in every young person that has trained at ATP is the boost in self-confidence.  Confidence is key in every aspect of life.  Without it, many will never succeed at anything.

    My goal as an athletic trainer is to create a positive environment for every athlete to workout in.  It is possible to work hard and enjoy doing so.  Great rewards come from hard work.

   Along with working one-on-one or even small group training,  I have developed a 3 day very intense training program for all athletes of any age.  During the 3 days of training, each athlete will be assessed on speed, quickness, strength, and core stability.

                Classes will begin in the summer and will run up to the coming school year. 

3 Day ATP Camp
Power, Explosiveness, Agility, Core, Speed
3 days, 2 hours each day at team's school

$50 per athlete

Team Training - 15+ Athletes

  • Programs are 1 time per week for 1 hour
  • Training can be done at ATP Sprots Training Center
  • Training can be done at team's training center or school
$20 per month per athlete
